1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services provided by Caledonian Air Limited. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Caledonian Air Limited provides compressed air and vacuum equipment sales, installations, servicing, repairs, hire, and related engineering solutions. Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on customer requirements.

3. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
• Orders must be confirmed in writing before work commences.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension of services and incur interest charges in line with statutory regulations.

5. Ownership of Goods

Goods supplied remain the property of Caledonian Air Limited until full payment has been received. Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery or installation.

6. Warranty & Returns

• New equipment is supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Used/second-hand equipment is sold as described, with limited warranty unless stated otherwise.
• Returns must be requested in writing within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to restocking fees.

7. Service Plans & Emergency Callouts

We offer a variety of service plans tailored to customer needs. Emergency callout services are available for contracted customers. Service of third-party equipment is subject to an initial engineer inspection for suitability.

8. Liability

While we aim to provide reliable and efficient services, Caledonian Air Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services, except where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

All customer data is handled in compliance with GDPR. We only collect necessary information to provide our services and will never share your details with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
